Off-market prices. Que es? (Markets.com)

Hola a todos, necesito ayuda sobre el tema off-market prices. El dia 16 de deciembre del 2014 en Markets.com compre EUR/RUR, USA/RUR, es el ruble Ruso, por el crisis que esta pasando en Rusia subia de precio y lo compre.. de los 300€ en unas horas gener 2500€, los saque.. y en unos dias me llega un email:

" In reference to the aforementioned subject, and in regards to the recent withdrawal request that you have submitted on December16th, 2014 (the “Withdrawal Request”) from your trading account number 3179000 with Markets.com (the “Trading Account”), please note the following:
Upon receiving your Withdrawal Request we noticed an error on the executed trades performed during December 16th, 2014 upon the EUR/RUB and USD/RUB instruments. For that reason, we began an investigation in conjunction with our feed and liquidity provider and confirmed that the prices were indeed opened on off-market prices.
Taking into consideration the fact that the relevant quotation at which trades were opened was erroneous as they were opened at off-market prices and the rights conferred to the Company in conjunction to its Terms and Conditions, the Company has to consider void all transactions effected by you upon the financial instruments in question. Therefore, we are unable to process the submitted Withdrawal Request. "

Si no lo entendi mal, dicen que estaba operando en tiempo del off-market pricies, y que el dinero esta cancelado, pero no he oido nunca sobre este tema y no se que hacer.. por el soporte me dicen lo mismo que estaba todo foera del mercado pero claro y como pudo abrir las operaciones?.. y como solucionarlo puede ser hablarlo con un abogado o alguen del foro me podia ayduar?

Por el correo, puedo entender que estaba operando a precios fuera del mercado, es decir, con precios no reales. Normalmente un bróker establece un horario de apertura y de cierre para que no haya este tipo de confusiones, pero por casualidad, ¿ha leído los términos y condiciones que establece la compañía para las operaciones? Quizás ahí lo diga, ya que lo mencionan en el mensaje.
