According to official data, the date of entry into force of a new law and a set of rules for the opening and operation of integrated casino resorts in Japan has been set for the nineteenth of July of this year, 2021.
The draft, developed and compiled by the Japanese regulator, prescribes clear regulations for the activities and supervision of land-based gambling industry facilities in specially designated areas.
Earlier, this document was submitted for public discussion, which was successfully completed in the first decade of May 2021.
